What do I need to use a BitcoinX ATM?
A working mobile device with a digital wallet app installed. If you want to purchase more than $1,000 per day, a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license) will be required.
Do I need a digital wallet?
Yes. There are many reputable wallet apps available. We suggest Edge Wallet which is available for free in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
How long will it take to receive my bitcoins?
The bitcoin purchased will be sent immediately once the transaction is complete. Depending on your wallet, it may require 3-6 confirmations before the bitcoin is available to send or use. Depending on how busy the network is, each confirmation could take up to 10 minutes.
What form of payment can I use?
Cash is the only form of payment accepted at the ATM.
